2017 Lucidity Festival: Eudaimonia

The simplest framework for understanding the enlightened mind is to look at it through the eyes of the dreamer. Splitting the world into the dreamer and the dreamed, reality is seen as the flow of a river though the light of consciousness. We practice these techniques first by connecting with our subconscious dream world through sleep induced Lucid Dreaming, but eventually we can come to realize that at any given moment any number of us either collectively or individually has the potential to take the seat at the source of this river in our waking state, directing its synchronistic flow through the filter of our emotional bodies. In this place, all limiting beliefs and general laws of reason begin to be reevaluated and eventually replaced with the dreamer’s experiential laws of presence, reflection and righteous action.
