2017 Lucidity Festival: Eudaimonia

Having grown up in a broken society, we have been trained to dance our relationships by being present for the good times; but all too often when upset arises, to pull away from closeness and allow the upset to divide us. As an empowered being, we can learn to step IN when upset arises, to hold onto the love and problem solve together. You'll gain insight into what creates conflict and how to mitigate it before it begins. You'll learn how to bridge the gap when it arises and reawaken the warmth that has diminished. You'll gain the tools you need to build a warm and loving circle around you and over time dissipate the tensions that once were normal. Together we'll begin to rescript the old patterns that no longer serve us, so you truly, can build the warm and wonderful world you long to live in.
