We will begin with an exercise to get each participant into their heart. Then we will practice a Qi-Gong meditation to promote astral projection and get into a quantum state that participants can relate to and experience. Then I share techniques to shift the group into their 5th dimensional hearts. Participants will learn how to perform this experience for others.
