Descubre la importancia de usar el diafragma y la respiración , la postura correcta, la posición de los ojos para entrar en estado de meditación. Prepararemos el cuerpo y la mente para fluir a un estado de relajación que con concentración expande la conciencia. Meditaremos en silencio para elevar la conciencia al concluir el curso.

Discover the importance of using the diaphragm and proper breathing, a good posture, the position of your eyes to enter a state of meditation. We will prepare the body and mind to flow in to a state of relaxation and with concentration expand our awareness. We will meditate in silence to elevate our awareness to conclude the workshop.
